Noodle soups: pho and wonton

Pho – Vietnam's most famous soup

A fragrant, fresh broth with flat rice noodles, seasoned with cinnamon, star anise, onion and coriander. Choose tofu (€13.50), chicken (€14.00) or beef (€14.50). For something heartier, try the wonton soup as a main course with homemade dumplings.

Bún bò nam bộ

The Vietnamese noodle bowl: rice noodles with salad, mint, coriander, bean sprouts, peanuts and a lime-fish dressing, topped with tofu, chicken, beef or prawns (€13.50–14.50). Mix it well before eating!

Pad thai

Stir-fried rice noodles with egg, vegetables, bean sprouts, spring onion and peanuts – in eight versions, from vegetables or tofu (€13.50) to chicken, beef, prawns, duck, crispy chicken or grilled salmon (€15.90). Also popular: fried udon and bami goreng.

Curries and wok dishes with rice

Our curries come with rice and can be ordered with vegetables, tofu, chicken, beef, prawns, duck, crispy chicken or grilled salmon (€13.50–15.90):

• Red curry (spicy) with coconut milk, bamboo and Thai basil
• Green curry with coconut milk, courgette and seasonal vegetables
• Massaman curry with tamarind sauce and peanuts
• Satay peanut, Madras, sweet & sour and the spicy lime-chili curry

From the wok: Phad Grapau (spicy, with Thai basil and chili), Phad Namman, chop suey or nasi goreng. Spicy dishes are marked on the menu.

Light & fresh: grill and poke bowls

Grilled chicken (Thit Ga Nuong, €14.50), grilled salmon (Ca Hoi Nuong, €15.50) or tofu (Dau Phu Nuong, €12.50). Our poke bowls – from the Berlin Bowl with organic tofu (€13.90) to the Sashimi Bowl (€16.90) – are ideal for lunch.

To finish: Vietnamese coffee

Strong, with condensed milk – hot (€4.50) or iced (€5.50). Pair it with mochi or baked banana with honey and sesame.
